I just read all the restrictions in Michigan. Yeah I'd be losing my shit too. While much of it is necessary, there's quite a few oversteps here.
 
The good governor said today that the restrictions do not matter since it is going to snow. I had no idea that constitutional rights were weather dependent. LOL!

She just did an interview and dismissed the protest by a few people as a political stunt... State police estimated 10,000 vehicles.... they had landscapers (who can’t work), construction vehicles, cement trucks and people towed boats :).... plus the hundreds on the lawn of the state house.... and she blames a few republicans.... and hides behind what she calls science. This woman is out of control...

Honestly, I don’t know that I believe that.

Sure it’s slowing the spread, but that’s it. It is NOT supposed to lower the number UNDER the curve.

Next, with (theoretically) most people not getting it, there will be very little “herd immunity “ developing. Until a vaccine is found this is about the only way it is going to go away.

In her opinion we don’t need them anyways since she knows better than you or I how we should live our lives.

If we’d all just behave as good little subjects she’d be happy.

She reference a man that contracted covid while on a ski trip up north. He thought the only place that could have been possible is at the gas pump.

I think she should close down all gas stations for our own safety. Since we’re not smart enough to use hand sanitizer afterwards or not touch our faces.

This is a deadly pandemic. HOWEVER, locking the country down does not prevent deaths. It only "flattens the curve" and spreads the death out over time. Same death. Locking down adds one more death -- the economy. The livelihoods of millions of people. What does the government care? They get paid regardless. That is the hidden but key issue. It'd be great to make the pay of all governmental officials based on what revenues came in the prior month.
