As promised, the link below will take you to the Projects page of the RM website. At the bottom of the page you will find two links for the Quicksilver Service Manual. The first is for the elusive Chapter 1 and the second link is for the rest of the Service Manual which is commonly available from a number of sites.
If you have not read Chapter 1 before...it is a great read if you like technical descriptions. They did a nice job of explaining the generation of electricity. Both pdf files are large.
