Props for Sea Ray 340

Have changes my engines from 6.2L Small Block to 8.1 425hk Bigblock, and guess I should change my props also.

Sea Ray uses 18 x 22 for the big blocks in this 2002 Sea Ray 340, does anyone have a pair for sale or other recommendations?

Are those 3 blade or 4? I have 4 blade 17 x 16's on my boat.

They are three blade OEM... Some have gone to 4 blade and found them to be better than the three (better fuel economy).... Search this site for size info on the four bladed props...

Have pair of Teignbridge Nibral 18x18.5 RH & 18x19 LH. These were spares for a 320 we had. Not certain this is a maytch for your boat.

A 2002 340 in my marina with 8.1s switched his 3 blade out for 4 blade and is very happy with them. Don't know the prop specifics but he says they run smoother and he runs 200 rpm less to get the same cruising speed as with the 3 blade. SR switched all the 340s to 4 blade in 2003 so probably going what became stock in 03 would be a good place to start.
