Price of gas

4.10 today out on Moriches bay, forge River Long Island. They were 10 cents below street last year, now the Indian reservation wised up and realized the next closest price on the water is 4.79, unreal!!

In Washington State their purposing to remove the gas tax which we have one of the highest in the nation and replace it with a miles driven tax which would be totaled up by sensors in the road with a chip installed on your vehicle or a sticker on the windshield with metering cameras which we already use for toll bridges & car pool lanes which you can pay a fee to drive in with only 1 person in the car. Their reasoning is people are driving less and gas tax revenue is down this way they can raise revenue by billions over 10 years. This is happening all over the US by federal and state whatever their called politicians lawmakers the PNW is moving this through at a rapid pace.

I paid $4.29 non ethanol at the fuel dock the other day he said they were just getting ready to raise it .15 when the truck was done filling their tanks.

Edit: I just looked they only raised it .14 cents a gallon what a deal. We do get a road use tax refund based on a ridiculous formula to calculate the % you get back.
