America is advanced citizenship. There is an obligation to exercise your 2nd Amd right responsibly. Way too many asshats out there these days. While I hate government anything, I don’t know what the answer is.

Sure. Nothing is 100%. But more training hopefully makes you a better human. Kinda why Doctors are trained for years.
