Port O'Call on SNY TV Show

Any of you guys watch Port O'Call on SNY Direct TV channel 625? It's a good show on boating that the wife and I enjoy watching together.

They generally feature Searay Boats and cruising destinations in the North East.

If you have not seen it check it out. They tend to show the larger boats, and with the cruising destinations it might be what you need to get you through the winter season.

I just love how these boat shows in general depict such a perfect time on the water. They need to come spend a few weeks with our family, dogs and all, on the water. It would be like Ozzie Osborn's reality TV show.

Actually, on my boat it is the Admiral and crew that yell frantically! I remain the picture of calm as I blithy fail to dodge the other boats, docks and other obstructions around me.

Of course, that is because I can am actively doing something to prevent calamity; while all the crew can do is to yell louder about the the things I am doing wrong!

Now that I think about it, all our favorite moments of panic occur when an engine shuts down at the worst possible time (like. .. in the middle of Barnegate inlet or while docking in heavy winds)

Most times We fall somewhere in between the shows and TT's boating diaries on U-Tube. Love the cruising and your pup looks like he/she loves it too.

Although there are the times when we stop boating and start working on the boat. I don’t count those times as boating though. The only time I have to order the crew is when it is time to head back to the dock.

I was talking with a dealer/builder from Nauset Marine at the 07 Annapolis Boat show and he told me that Tina Marie G is an organizer for one of the boat shows in the North East maybe Boston.

I think it is neat that on the show they interview the owners and I think Gary would make for an interesting show. :lol:
