Bought these for my 320 but they were too small. Only took one speaker out of the packaging. Everything else is still wrapped in original packaging. Comes with all the pieces, parts, screws, etc. You can see in the pictures that it comes with a crossover. One for each speaker to separate the woofer and tweeter signals. Corey, there is another member by the name of Ken, his screen name on here is "Tifoso". He is actively looking for this set of speakers that have the tweeters that come out and mount separately. I just PM'd him and alerted him of the sale you have.

Sorry Corey, I just read through the specs and realized these are not the separates Ken is looking for.
 
Darn, I just installed 4 of these in my 240 SD. Would've been all over it....BTW they sound really nice!
