plastic reregistration plates

I am looking for some plastic reregistration plates that you most commonly see on dinghy's but occasional see them on boats. You put the reregistration numbers and the sticker on them. If anyone knows where I can find them let me know

I went to our local big box marine retailer (west marine) a few weeks ago to look for the same - evidently the ONLY company who made them went out and it appears nobody else makes them! If you find them please post where!

My cheap neighbor cuts his own out of vinyl downspout! It gives him a 4" piece as long as he needs to get the reg. #, annual sticker and invasive species sticker! It actually looks pretty good!
