Looks like the twin brother of my 04 390 I bought back in August. I love itSo we love the boat (2004). Now for the Chinese firedrill trying to get it surveyed, bought and stored in 2 weeks. View attachment 113893
We are a bit obsessive compulsive, but on the anchor locker door there was a void in the gel which let the surface pop. This was a flaw we of course knew when we bought her in Sept '21, attached is a before and after - not 100% perfect, but the ugly is disguised. For anyone in Mich and on Lake St. Clair, Alan from Quality Fiberglass has always come thru for us with exceptional results. And...she finally has shine too!
I used queen sheets, which are just a tiny bit too small, but the suspenders still keep them in place.Sheets....
On the "to do" list before spring. I'm thinking of trying a standard off the shelf set with a fitted mattress. I'll try the elastic clips/suspenders fix to hold them in place.
Anyway, for those that do this, what size? I'm thinking king or queen. Just not sure.
We've got a set of kings that I'll try with some sort of a strap systemI used queen sheets, which are just a tiny bit too small.
Yes, it was docked along the outside row of the marina. It's stored down there at Mirror Image for the winter. They'll detail it and take care of coordinating some mechanical items prior to launching it in the spring.Did you buy the 390 at bay point , last year ? It’s a nice boat, I was docked at Bass haven
I might be hitting you up with some as it gets near spring. I'm 2 1/2 - 3 hours from there so I haven't even traveled down since I checked it out briefly after it was put away.Mirror image is great they do a great job was Matt the person you talked to also I think the owners name is jeff. you will love the boat . I’m putting on the drop fins on my trim tabs! Everything I’ve read on them will improve the running attitude , also I think you have a bow thruster ! There great to have , mine also has a stearn thruster ! But I use the bow T more. In mot the expert but if you have any questions about the boat just ask !
If you want inside heated next winter up there you should look now. Things are a bit tightI might be hitting you up with some as it gets near spring. I'm 2 1/2 - 3 hours from there so I haven't even traveled down since I checked it out briefly after it was put away.
I'm impressed with Mirror Image at this point. Dealing with Dan mostly but I did meet Matt as well. I'd use them yearly if I was closer.
This is the first boat with thrusters for me. It also has both.
I'm on the Algonac Yacht Club waiting list. The gal I spoke with said she figured I'd make it based on annual turnover. I'll probably get on the Belle Maer list too. I haven't bothered to check out the building there, yet. I hate even leaving the house in this God forsaken weather here.If you want inside heated next winter up there you should look now.
