Dock mate texted me to state my high water bilge alarm has been going off. He checked the engine compartment, all is well. I was working in there yesterday. I'll be there tomorrow, what should I check for?
Ha, here's my own poat from 14 years ago:

mrs Robinson,
Keep us posted on what you find here.
I have the same issue going on. But not until after engines have run for a while.
Systems monitor reads Forward Bilge emergency pump and an alarm.
Can’t find a drop of water anywhere. I hit the reset button every time it alarms, and it quits for while. Monitor sometimes resets and reads all systems normal. It will stay off for a while and then randomly alarm again. Always reading Forward bilge pump emergency. I have never found water anywhere. It’s been happening all summer.
Forward bilge/emergency alarm is the one under the cabin sole just aft of the shower sump box.mrs Robinson,

When my forward bilge alarm went off I had overflow on the shower sump and that caused the alarm, have you and @mrsrobinson checked that storage compartment for water?
The starboard wiper motor on my 2000 380DA stopped working last season and I have been searching threads and the web without luck for the right part number and how to access the mounting location. Parts manual says the part number should be 1187087 but cant find it anywhere... assuming the number has been changed. I'm ready to throw in the towel and let the marina do it! Anyone have experience doing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Ordered a new 36" cockpit table. It's a resin product actually intended for outdoor restaurant use. The color matches my dash perfectly. View attachment 81178

Hello all... Finished reading this thread yesterday and, wow, what a wealth of info. Much appreciated.
I'm looking to get back into boating after being away for quite a while and the Sundancer 380 (or 38) is exactly what I'm looking for.
I've been looking here in the NY Long Island Sound area for the last few weeks and I've seen a two 2007 38's that look to be in very good shape although nothing I've put a bid in on yet.
I'm a little confused and I'm hoping someone can help me. Did Sea Ray make a 380 Sundancer in 2007 - or did the 380 become the 38 at some point? I've looked online but can't find anything helpful.
In general, I've recently retired and anxious to get back onto the water but probably could have chosen a better market to be boat shopping in
Any insight or info would be most appreciated.
Joe
