Hi IceTime,
I believe that my problem with this leak was do to the fixed portlight window leaking, I looked at every area where the water had stained the bolster and when I saw water that sat on top of the almost flush chrome ring and slowly get sucked behind the ring I felt I found the issue. I removed both fixed portlights on the starboard side and removed all wet coring I could and let it dry out over the winter. I filled it with some WM expoxy and rebedded the rear portlight, I replaced the front one along with the port side front one with new opening portlight units, love them for some fresh air while we are gone or at night, its kinda like dual temrature zones for the wife and I . Since I caught this quickly the bolster was not stained to bad so I left it with plans to change the upolstery in the future! Good luck on fixing this issue!

I notice that a few screws were loose on the portlight, so I removed the portlight from the outside to silicone the whole thing again, but after doing that and trying to put the screws back on, some are not getting tight to get a good seal againts the haul. Aome one told me that those screws have nut and maybe that the nuts fell inside the haul or something. I know you took yours off from the inside, but did you see anything to where there is a nut to tighthed the screw that are from the outside? I have seal the whole thing anyway but if i can get access to those nut or to replce the one missing, i will take it apart again and redo it the propr way! Let me know what you thing or if you have any ideas. Thanks!
