Official 350 (2013 - ????) Thread

I've been waiting a few weeks to do this.... I just got back from signing on our new 350 so I figure it's time someone started the official thread.

Now the long wait until we actually take delivery in April begins.

Great boat . congrats. I was looking for a thread when I started poking around at newer boats. wife still says no but I'll wear her down to a newer 350 or 370...

I also just purchased new 350. Ours is a leftover demo 2015, we were able to use it one weekend before it was put away for the weekend. So we are also in for the long wait for April to come around.

You're lucky. We only got to go for the sea trial

Yes we were very lucky! We didn't expect that we would be able to use it this year beyond the sea trial. It was a Friday when we did the sea trial & signed everything. We had already done a sea trial on 2016 a couple weeks prior. It was slated to be pulled out right after the sea trial then the salesman asked if we wanted to use it for the weekend & they would just pull it on Monday instead. Of course we said absolutely, not sure if it made the wait better or worse though.:wink:

Interlude, did your boat come with the inverter? If so, do you know what size it is and where they put it?

SmilingMonkey, it didn't come with an inverter. It would definitely be nice to have though, I'm assuming since your asking yours doesn't have one either? If you add one I would love to hear the details.

guess I'll have to do my own homework. I'll share my results.

The inverter is only 400 watts is only designed to run the tvs I have it in my 2017 350

Where did Searay mount it? What brand and model is it? Any ideas how they wired it in?

Thanks. Where did they mount the actual inverter? Can you post a picture of it?

It is mounted under the port side sofa in the salon with the two stereo amps. I don't have a picture of it but I will be moving my boat next week and I will snap a picture of it
