New Question

My wife decided to have the cockpit upholstery re-done...

The company doing it called today and said we needed to remove the cabinet that holds the Ice-maker and sink, behind the captain's seat because it is blocking the removal of the starboard side panel ... any advice on getting this out so they can get the last panel out from behind it.

Thanks
Jason

I have a 92 and the support for the bed that also doubles as a table top for the small table, is located underneath the front vberth cushions on top of the ac unit. Hope this helps

Ken

Ken,
I looked there and it was missing, we went through the entire boat before starting the upholstery renovations and looked for every part for the boat and that part for the dinette bed is missing

330 Owners: The bench behind the captains seat sorta slips and it's like it just slides down. I'm not sure how else to describe it and I can't figure out, for the life of me, how to adjust it so it stops sliding. The only side that slides is the one nearest the freezer it's almost like there used to be a bolt or something that holds it into place..... help.

Anyone?

On our 92, 33o the bench by the icemaker is rigid. there are 2 stainless supports that hold it up. you might be missing some screws, or the wood in the seat is rotting.

Lay on the er hatch and look up under that bench

One of the stantions was broken and barely hanging on. all fixed now... had someone weld/fix it for me. yay. Thanks for the help.

Hey everyone. I am looking for suggestion. My 97 330 windshield frame is starting to blister pretty bad ( the boat spent the first half of its life in FL and is now back in TN). I am wanting to have it painted or powder coated. Has anyone tried this or any other opinions that I could do? Thanks

I've got a really similar problem with my windlass, trying to go up/down it just clicks. After reading the posts, going to try looking at it with the volt meter to see what i've got. Just wondering how You have gotten along Blown284?

Yep figured it out. All the brushes were toast. :-( Had the motor rebuilt...... the solenoids were fine.

I am also looking for one of the port cover hull vent (part #773051).

Is this the exhaust vent (clamshell) on the Port side? If it is there are a bunch for sale on EBay, look for seller "searayparts13" I believe, as he is one of the ones I have bought from.

No its the long tear drop shaped long vent for the engine compartment.

Tough to find. Try Great Lakes Skipper or Flounder Pounder. I asked one of the members here about fabricating one out of stainless but he said too many compound curves to make it practical and affordable.

I'm looking for an alternative as I know mine will go south some day!

Priced to sell is an understatement.

Sorry to see you go Larry. Good Luck.

I had it up all season for mid to high thirties, but no bites at all
Money has been getting tight, and need to aggressively sell, since it eats a large chunk of our disposable income, for storage.
I am sure I will get back into boating when kids are finally gone, but they have their other priorities, and at this price, this boat is a steal.

So hopefully someone wanting to get into a well cared for Sea Ray will have the opportunity
to enjoy boating as I have.

Beautiful boat and wish you luck selling it. Where did you get that camper canvas installed? I'm looking for one of those + the extended swim platform.

Hi folks. My icer-ette doesn't make any ice. I've read a few threads about others not making ice but haven't really come to any conclusion on what to do next. I've made sure the water is turned on, the unit is actually getting cold (if I put ice from a bag in the unit, it stays frozen while unit is on) but it will NOT produce any ice cubes.

Anyone else have this issue? If so, what did you do in terms of troubleshooting? I'm at a loss and really would like this unit to work.

I have mine out right now trying to deal with the same problem...
I found a shut off valve in the cabinet behind mine, have you checked that first?

I think mine needs a new water solenoid valve in the machine itself, I have to check it for power, and cant find my voltmeter. If that is not it I am going to take it to an appliance repair shop.

Good luck

Yes I checked that valve ---- which, as you know, can be a lot of fun getting to LOL. I verified it's getting water in it by disconnecting the line...water went everywhere

Please let me know if / when you find out something?
