His current boat is a Maxum 2400 w/5.0 and Alpha. He has many years with this one and boats most weekends in warmer weather. He will be in a covered slip that is 16x40 so there is plenty of room to get in.

It was, and thanks!
Once I got over my fear of snapping the whole piece it was fairly easy. I started from the middle, since it gave me a bit more "flex" in the panel to work the tool underneath, then once the first clip was out the rest was easy as I had enough room to work and see behind the panel to find the exact location of each clip.
We decided to replace the fabric since we were never big fans of the white stuff... not sure exactly what to call it... kinda looks like a window screen that was slopped up with white paint. Anyway, we went with a sand/camel colored sunbrella fabric. Great for the UV/meldew/mold resistance plus the color gives more of a contrast with the white vinyl sections of the panels and compliments the sisal (type) carpets and beige color vinyl on the seats. Can't wait to get 'em back... should provide a nice "pop" to the cockpit.
Sous - how did the refurbed panels come out? Any pics?
Im so sorry to hear, that is horrible. I hope it gets resolved quickly and to your satisfaction. I can only imagine how frustrated you must be right now. I was going to go the same route, but this is discouraging. Please let me know how things proceed. You are touching on a very sore subject right now. The short answer to your question is horrible. I'm dealing with the vendor now to try to get them redone. The admiral is none-to-pleased at the moment.

It's leaking at the point fresh water is fed into the coffee maker's internal tank.My wife was able to locate the reservoir insert. (Above the carafe) on line last year. Is that the part that is leaking? The part where the filter goes? She dumped the used coffee/filter in the trash not realizing the "insert" went with it.

Great, I'll give that a shot!!I know exactly what you're talking about, mine did the same thing. In the bottom corner there is a little white (in mine) valve that pushes in and out. I found that mine was getting stuck. I cleaned it with some soapy water and was able to work the "doodle" back and forth to clean/loosen it up. Tough to describe, sorry, but cleaning it solved my problem. Now I just make sure to wash out the fresh water part and make sure to get some of the suds in that part.
Looks great!!!! The color looks spot on. Your original covers were pretty bad. The new covers and carpeting make the boat look like new.So after many, many frustrating exchanges and back and forth with our vendor, we have finally gotten our speaker panels back with the new and improved fabric covers! It was a very long and frustrating process, but in the end we got what we wanted. I'd say that I'm still not 100% satisfied, but I'm in the high 90s, and realize that I'm a perfectionist. Below are some before and afters. We decided to get rid of the white fabric, which I always describe as a window screen gooped up with white paint, and we went with a tan Sunbrella fabric. Its a bit darker than the tan in the upholstery but its a pretty close match to the new woven vinyl sisal style carpets we got last year. The port side photo is a better representation of the actual color... for some reason in the starboard side photo the fabric looks darker than it actually is.
Tiric,Do you know where she found the part?
Thanks
