Official 280 Sundancer Thread

I just took ownership of a 2008 with twin 5.0 engines, closed cooling and Genset. I have two questions:
Can the cushion covers be removed and washed - i see they have zippers on the bittom sides?
How do you remove the bolsters in the cabin, i would like to recover them?

This guy can do anything you want. Quality is nothing short of perfect and price is great as well. When we had our 260DA, he did every decal for me and has done some for our 44DB as well. Email him a pic of what you are looking for. I found him on eBay several years ago.

Thank you so much Bennett.
I'd assume he does boat lettering as well?

I need some help guys. Last year we took the wet bar sink covers off the boat and put them someplace safe. They are so safe we can’t find them now, no matter how hard we look. Long story short we have exhausted all possible locations. So I am faced with either trying to buy replacements, or make my own out of wood. The task will be easier if I can get someone to trace one of their covers and send it to me so I can create a template. In return I can make a second set of wood covers. If anyone is interested in helping, pm me and I’ll send an appropriate size paper and return stamped envelope.

Thanks
Henry

Bennett,
He has decals that look like they came from the factory, and is sending them out tomorrow.
Thanks again!

Finally got it all installed this weekend and couldn’t be happier with the result. Sealed all the snap holes with 3m 4000uv, only one of which wasn’t covered by the seadek. Feels great underfoot too. Color is terra over black in 6mm with a 2” teak pattern.
