NW Inland Freshwater Rendezvous????

Alright, it's a new year; how does everyone feel about starting at the Tri-Cities and drifting down to the Vancouver area? I feel bad about the rotten experience you folks had last year with Lewiston. I have two concerns; oversize travel on highway 14, and tow rig storage in Vancouver. Thoughts/ideas?

I can check on tow rig parking in The Couve. I have a good friend that is floating the extreme NW, and his place is empty. On the Oregon side, there is a few large trucking lots that are mostly empty, too. I can drive up and check on those empty spaces as well. 730 and 11 are both good roads to 84, if one was to cross to the Oregon side. My maps don't cross the river, so I'm not sure about the Washington side.
