No Holding Tank?

looks like it requires a password now. Once you load it in, you're in.

I think the password is "YES" (Grin)

Holding Tank
The holding pen for off-topic and political posts. Let out your steam here. This forum is password protected. To enter please use the password "YES" when prompted.
 
Good luck on the new site. Skip can just take over my job for a month and see if its for him. Might save him a lot of time and money.

The Holding Tank is the same as its always been. You just have to type in the three character password YES to log in to it. This way all of that content stays off of the "new posts since XX hours" link on the right. Anybody that wants to participate in that area will need to go directly there and log in to see the content.
 
and there is no G-Dock. There was going to be a g-dock way back when... but it never happened. Its now a joke on the site, sort of like red and green "balls", and pancakes.

That is perfect....good job on removing that from the 'New Post xx Hours' and still being able to have that area for people to post IF they want. I personally think that was a pretty good solution.

Now if someone bitches about the topics in the holding tank, it is their own fault for logging in and reading it.:smt038

Yes, you are correct, it'll be their own fault...just like clicking on the Holding Tank title, selecting a thread and then reading it used to be.

Don't let people know you're allowing your 2 year old to read this stuff. Someone will call Child Protective Services and then you'll be defending your actions.
Congratulations, though, on having a 2 year old who can read. There are plenty of 18 year olds who cannot say the same.
