In the size you are looking at, you are looking at an outdrive(s). Be very careful of the model and more importantly, the marina's wiring and their restrictions on how other boats are hooked to shore power.

Can you elaborate?? I've never heard of a relationship between outdrives and shore power? What are the dangers?

Stray current in the water will eat away at the outdrives.

AH HA...learning alredy. Is there anyway to check for this? Are the Bravo III outdrives more suseptible to corrosion from stray current or will it eat my zincs faster?

Older bravo III were very suseptible to corrosion... you could check for conductivity from the water to shore power with a multi-meter...
