If this thread has already been initiated, apologies up front. I have been away from this site for far too long. My resolution is to come back. I completely missed the calendar season - first time ever.

Catch up: Family is doing well. Boat is doing great. It is waxing season. I've added a 42" smart TV to the bridge that mounts in 7 different positions. It hangs from hard top up front, center facing aft to the bridge or forward to the bow (doesn't interfere with opening front glass). It hangs from the superstructure (soft top) at the back of the bridge facing forward for bridge viewing or aft for beach viewing. It hangs from the back of the cockpit down stairs facing forward or aft. Facing aft, will be viewed from water during football season or DVD concerts. Finally, it hangs in the front of the cockpit facing aft for viewing on the bench seat/swim platform - great position for guests during football season when we're not in the water.

I've bundled the wiring very neatly and it hides along various routes depending on the mounting. It comes out from behind the storage unit (bridge A/C) to starboard in the bridge. It lays nicely at the base of the windshield forward or behind the seating to aft. For mounting down stairs, the wiring can be run behind the seating on the bridge and then down on the outside (1 foot exposed), or, out the hatch and along the ceiling. Not always perfectly ideal, but c'mon, there's seven locations!

I made mounting hardware out of heavy SS fittings and SS 1/8" wire. It's expensive hardware, but it looks very nice. Rough pic - I was finishing the job and the conditions were not very good.

Hi John, good to see you, Shelly and the family are doing well. I can't wait to crank up another DVD concert now with the new TV. I texted Nelson a few weeks ago to see how he was doing. He asked if you guys were heading south again in February? Happy New Year! Be safe and don't drink to much!

Was kind of wondering, just figured the new job was keeping you busy. Welcome back

Happy to hear your doing well. You need to take some winter trips and blog them for us northern guys. I always enjoy your posts.

Hey John......I flew into Fla. last week for a cruise and was wondering what you were up too.

I missed the season also.

My new year's resolution is to boat more than 30 minutes in 2014.

Welcome back John. :smt001

And my New Year resolution is......

To help save the polar bears from this new fashion trend.

Thank you all. Had trouble responding yesterday. Great to hear/read from you all. New boating plans this year. Missed Destin New Year due to it being mid week. Not heading South this year. Planning on adding a Spring cruise to Ft Walton Beach. Flying to Australia in Sept.

PS. Woke up on boat this am at Shrimp Boat restaurant in PCB. Cruised home. Went to work. Flew North. Yes, it's cold here in Boston, but it's butt cold in Minot where I'll be tomorrow.

Hope to see pictures of you wedged in one of the crevasses of the 44DB.
Our docks in Boston today:

We'll be at the Miami boat show for two nights.

New Year Resolution....More boating this year! My goal is to spend more weekends not only on the boat, but out on the boat.
