New (used) Sea Ray owner in Seattle, WA

Hey Everyone!

My wife and I just bought a 1983 340 Sport Bridge, Twin merc 454's, upper and lower helms, needs new batteries, but otherwise sound. Looks like a great board for learning about these boats. (and with an older boa that helps!)

Welcome to CSR. That's a nice size boat for the waters around Puget Sound, Lake Washington, Lake Union, etc.

Did you find it and buy it in the Seattle area? Where do you keep it moored? There are several others on here from the Seattle area. Keep an eye out for them and you may find some new boating buds.

We bought the boat at Ocean Alexander Marine on South Lake Union. We have our other boat at the Fairview Marina, just up the road. We saw this boat at the dock while we were walking to get lunch a few weeks ago, and we couldn’t beat the price. So this will take our slip at Fairview, and we need to sell our old boat (a ’77 Carver Mariner 3396)
It looks like the previous owner took amazing care of the boat. It’s like new on the inside.
