Wanted to take a minute to introduce myself.

The wife and I found the forum while searching for advice on our (hopefully) upcoming move into a 280 DA.

We spend most of our water time on the the middle-lower Chesapeake bay and currently have our vessel in Deltaville, VA. Any locals feel free to say Hi!!

We've been searching for a larger cruiser than our 22' Bayliner, and will be reading and asking questions, so go easy, we're newbies to the Sea Ray community:grin:!!

Wanna go to the Urbanna Oyster Festival with the rest of us and snort oysters?

Thanks for the offer!! We were planning on making at least a day of it, and now that I see that you have four screaming kids and an angry wife, I'll fit right in!!!

There will be at least three of us from CSR anchored out in the river... Look for the coolest looking antenna mast.

Welcome Aboard  . You're going to find some great people here. Just watch out for Gary. He may sic his dog on you. It likes to chew everything up. Just kidding Gary:grin:

Welcome to the board and good luck with your search for the right boat for your family!!!

As of now, a new 2006 model, though I did find a low hour used MM boat about three hours drive away.

Local with a dealer who will take my trade, or MarineMax, and the worries of transporting the boat from there to here, what to do with our current boat, yadda yadda...We'll see what happens.
