Hello everyone. New to this website now that I purchased a 1999 280SS Aniversary Edition. This boat used to be Sweetride's boat (I see also a member here). Used to own a 1987 19' Sea Ray Seville since new, but never joined this site as it was sort of a ski boat and pretty easy to maintain. I am a member of a car site and have found it very informative about my car. I thought if this is site is half as good, I will find it to be a very rewarding experience. Many systems on this boat that I know very little about (multiple batteries, head, dual engines, boat at a dock, etc.) and will be asking for :smt100 in understanding how these things work. I look forward to being a member.

Welcome aboard, as a first time boat owner I can tell you that this is a good place to be. there is a lot of help here as well as being very intertaining as well. Nicky

Welcome....I looked at a 290da on Lake St. Clair this past winter.

Welcome, and congrats on the 28SS.

I grew up in Michigan , spent a lot of time on Lake St Clair. What a gorgeous lake,

Welcome aboard! Thanks for putting your boat info in the signature sections. Got any pictures of the new 280ss yet?

Welcome aboard. Hope you will enjoy your boat as much as we enjoy ours.

Congratulations! We are first time boaters on St. Clair this year and love it. Enjoy. You will find some excellent sources of information on this site.
