Hello to all my boating buddies, I just got home from a Christmas vacation spent in Absecon N.J. My wife surprised me with a new MacBook Pro:grin:. So the first piece of software that was installed was a "Lo-Jack" program to track this puppy if THIS one grows legs like the other one did Halloween night. I'm just glad to be home back in MY element. I hope all of you got what you wanted for Christmas. Talk to yall later

gerry bought me one for christmas and gave it yo me thanksgiving day.

i had had dells and done all right with them but after all the vista and now win7 just dint want to change. old note book is still on XP. got it just as vista was coming out and never switched.

congrats to you from a never to return to windows user

I've noticed my MBP looks especially good on the boat! LOL

The only thing I use Windows for is MapSource, and with Parallels/XP, works well.

Here is a cool photo of us at Port Sanilac, MI, last summer. The Port Sanilac web cam allows you to aim and zoom, so I aimed it at us.

Got one too!! Absolutely love it! Anyone able to walk me through setting up email!!

I'd be happy to help as much as I can...

Do you have another machine with your email account(s) already up and running? If so, that is the best source of the settings to use. Typically, there really is very little to enter to get it working.
