I just got an email from marine max that sea ray is introducing the new 410da at the ft lauderdale boat show @ the end of oct. Does anyone have any info on this model? This could be a really cool boat!!

Lenght 41'6 beam 13'0 fuel capacity 275 std arch opt. Hardtop very large hull window (long) std v drives zeus optional sungate transom 2 heads 2 options on aft cabin one open other enclosed. New interior wood options.

A 13'0 beam is almost the same as the 450 with 13'2". I assumed it was a stretched 390 (38) (introduced in 2006) and would still be 12'6". It could be interesting with a 13' beam.

It is actuallt the old 34 and they now call it the 41....Kidding......That would be a good size as they are vacant between 39 and 45....

It is smaller than the old 40, assume it is the old 390... It looks like a nice boat, but I can't begin to imagine how much is costs... I think in our new socialist gov we should all be given a new 40' sea ray for free, and be give vouchers for fuel...

Here is a few shots of the 2012 410DA:

Going to Knoxville for the owners introduction. I will post pics Friday.

That's about the size of the old 370. The new 450 is the same LOA as my boat and has one head.

Looks sharp. I like the new lines-ala 43/47/450. I was brought up when a 41ft boat was a 41ft boat though. This is a 38-39 now called a 41. I know with the swim ladder out and the anchor slightly deployed it's 41ft though.

Looks like the ~2006-2008 48 Sundancer in profile. Great look!

Not a fan of the windsheild coming all the way up to the hardtop though. It's just too hot in our climate and the cockpit AC doesn't keep up even with the aft canvas in place. An who'd want to have to keep the canvas up all the time anyway?

Is it me or does this...

The Ray is much better looking but I can't help but see the same lines in these Cruisers.

I definitely agree! It's good to have the possibility to feel the wind in your hair if you like (ad if you have any  )

Nice lines though, but I like when the transom looks like a transom! Please no sunpad aft, we need large cockpits!

I feel that Cruisers initially copied the 2003 Sea Ray 420's lines. Sea Ray is just continuing the design style it originally created.

I thought I heard one of the designers who did the original 420DA went to work for another company (forget who) and did a boat that is similar in looks also. I don't think it was Cruisers though.

Price will be close to 700K with diesels and zeus
Is that Monopoly money? Because you would have to have very deep pockets to pay $700K for a 38' boat... Boats are like college tuition, the costs goes up faster than my income... Perhaps the gov should give us all $500K trade in our old boats... Cash for Clunkers... At least most the boat companies hire US citizens...

If it's like the photos above, I dont really like the aft seat. It looks like the Doral type seating that extends out.
My 2000 410 is 45 OAL and 13.10 beam. Guess the newer ones are smaller but more expensive :)
