Navy Year In Review Video.

Can't help but appreciate that. Thanks for sharing.

Love the shot of Old Ironsides, contrasting with the awesome technology and the emotional shots. Even better that the CSR Calendar.

One word comes to mind looking at this slideshow - THANKFUL

1. For the men and women that serve and protect us not only in the Navy but in all of our services.

2. For the fact that we live in the United States of America, the greatest nation in the world. Even with all of the problems and challenges we face there is no place on Earth I would rather be.

Thanks Chuck!

Brought back great memories:
Midshipman cruises on a destroyer and a nuke sub, and 426 cat shots and arrested landings (124 at night).

Still enjoying watching and remembering!

Carter

You all are welcome! Glad you liked it as much as I did.

Thanks. I was in the military (Army Ranger, RVN) for a while and with all the good we did and is still being done by our military, who do people hate us so?

Thanks a lot, Chuck! The pictures bring back memories, especially the USS TRUMAN (CVN 75) which was my last aircraft carrier before I retired.

A great slide show. Thank you to all active and retired navel personnel. As a former avionics tech and sailor from the early eighties I realize the hardships our current sailors are paying and the sacrifices our retirees have paid.

I served, my father served, my brother served, my uncle served. Not once have I ever gotten the feeling of being hated by my country. Go Navy.

I think the reference was about how other countries citizens view USA, not how USA citizens in large part view USA citizens who have served in the military.
