Nav light upgrade

Take a look at what Perko, Attwood, Innovative Lighting, etc offer to see if they have something with a base plate that is a sufficient size to at least cover the existing screw holes. You may want to first remove your existing side lights and measure so you know what to look for.
+1 on the Attwood Marine lights. Replaced the lights on my 400EC with these. So much better than the old ugly ones

Did you install these in your 450? I want to replace mine and need to measure the original. Was wondering if these covered the existing mounting holes.

Yes, and they lined up in the same screw holes...

Whatever you decide to do, make sure the lights display the proper characteristics for your vessel. In the event you are involved in any kind of legal situation or file an insurance claim involving reduced visibility, the litigators will examine your boat to determine if it was displaying proper running lights that met visibility standards. You do not want to be found partially at fault if you are in the right of way due to lights that do not display proper operating characteristics.
