I have mentioned that we were expanding. We have 11 acres with I-4 frontage in Sanford Fl. We are building my shop for RV service and remodel. We are also building several more buildings for indoor RV storage. We will also have consignment sales of luxury buses. It has been a wild ride in messy economy, but we are fighting! Here's a couple pics of the progress. Thanks for looking and Merry Christmas:smt038

Nice location...curious, why is the one roof section shorter than the rest of the building? Utility room?

Indoor Bus wash, wax and polish:grin::grin: The location is the best. I have 4 competitors down the street. Customers have to drive by me coming and going to their facilities! Plus I have a store with diesel pumps cut out of the corner of the property:smt038 Looking forward to putting in 7 days a week 14-16 hrs a day to pay for it then later buying a Large Sea Ray and retire somewhere in the islands:wink:

BTW...the really small building attached at the very end is an automatic motorcycle wash....very cool as most of my customers pull trailers with Harley's in them! http://www.motoexpresswash.com/

The guy (MR HARRELL) that designed and patented this is my customer. He built the one for Orange County Choppers new shop. It's is on Discovery Channel!

On HGTV last night they had "House Hunters-RV"....It was really Kewl......I sent an e-mail that they should do the same with yachts.....Good luck as construction is very stressful!!!!!

Looking good!

That is unique, after a long day of riding, I might be inclined to ride it through!

thank you for support and confidence in the US economy... You are a true hero, by employing people and expanding your business. You part of of the unheralded 1 %...

Whew...thanks for reminding me! There for a short time I thought I was being evil and building and risking the rest of my life out of pure "greed" and doing my part to keep down the 99%...lazy bastages!!!

Break is over, I'm outta here! Check back later!

BTW...just for the record, I haven't quite reached the 1% yet....at least in my bank account anyway! And I'm not expecting it to "magically" appear in my account either.....just sayin

I could comment on the 1% think; but I will hold that for a different thread.

This looks like a sweet setup

In between modifying the Sea Ray, I am also building a custom car hauler starting with a International 4300 26' flatbed. I researched and found a guy that builds the vertical raising and lowering of the rear ramp systems for the NASCAR guys. The Bed is 4 ft off the ground. I have the flat bed completely enclosed and now I have to mount the rear tailgate vertical rails and the hydraulics that control the whole thing. Under the bed I have a ton of room for tire storage, generator, tool boxes and on and on. After I get this done, I want to build a small apartment inside at the front of the enclosure for sleeping overnight during long trips. Sounds like you might be the guy to pulll the living quarters thing off for me.

That's exactly in line with what we like to do! I have some very talented guys and we are use to packing 10#'s in a 5# bucket! Speaking of NASCAR I will have Tony Stuarts coach in her first week of Feb and have only a week and a half for some "upgrades". Randy Moss' coach just left yesterday! Looks like we will be building some interiors for the "Double Eagle" truck sleepers when we get moved in! That will be fun as we will be putting in a Luxury Bus style interior in a 200" truck sleeper! Look up Southern Pride Trucking....I can't say no more...lol

Wow, impressive facility! I know it takes some big kahunas to undertake something like that.

Now, I also love your 2500HD, as you well know. What size and brand of tire do you have on it? They look sweet!

Thanks for the kind words. Tires are 315 70 17 BFG AT's. I had to do a little trimming and add a Cognito leveling kit to fit them.

Nice set up, good photos....congratulations....you've got to be feeling good about what you've accomplished and the direction you're headed....."hats off" to you man :smt038.....great story.....

I think (hope) the "feel good" comes in a few years. Right now my stomach is very upset and nerves are a bit rattled. Other than that, not much sleep! But thanks..lol
