We're preparing to build a new house now. Much prep work between now till fall, actual house construction will start next April depending on weather.

I'm a custom home builder myself building lots of houses for customers but still really exciting just thinking about a possibility of building one for myself in near future.

And, hope you'll come back to boating in near future too.
