My girls say get and the pool is safer! I do have 2 Blk labs and they love to hop in the lake which is crawling with big turtles.I keep them leashed so they only go as far as I can see down in the water.

My pictures didn't show up for some reason in the other post, here are me and my pet snapping turtle. See, they are not all mean. He loved to play, although I had this guy since he was a baby.
This is an old picture, from just after college. He has since died from complications of an upper respiratory infection.

Just so you all know, the vet put the dog on some pain killers and antibiotics for a few weeks... She just wants to lay on the couch and watch Oprah, Jerry Springer and drool on the pillows now... I caught her yelling "Jerry! Jerry! Jerry!" with her paws in the air a few minutes ago.... ridiculous.
