I bought 4 lights from one of the members here that makes underwater lights. I installed two on each swim platform. I am amazed at how well these work.

Man I am glad I saw this before purchasing and hauling the boat. Very interested in the same questions. They look great.

Excellent, I've always wanted to install some. I just wonder if it would be worth it on the murky waters of the Tennessee River lakes where we boat.

Your light installation looks good, but I have to ask, what are they for? Other than for use in bringing up baitfish, do they have another fuction? If its just for show then OK.

You actually can. I have some friends with them two on Sea Rays and the other on a big Baja. They look great even in the murky.

Look great, I've been wanting to mount a couple on my trim tabs shooting back but haven't got to it yet. Where and which ones did you buy?

The memebrs name is DougLAS. I have two sets )4 total) and they work very well. Our summer salt water is pretty murkey so I don't get the same results as the pictures above but they do look nice. I surface mounted them to the transom. I drilled a 5/16th hole, ran the wire through, taped up the transom and marked my mounting holes, pre-drilled them, added some 4200 in and around the hole and then screwed them in. I ran all wires to a bus bar located just above the batteries and mounted a switch under one of my battery switches. I did put an inline fuse on the wire leading from the bus bar to the battery too.

Great pic. Mine are just mounted above water line on my 320. Your install looks great, neat and clean. I did mine while boat was in water, not fun. Worth it though. I'll try to post a pic at night showing the above water line look.
