Merry Xmas to me!

the boat is in fort lauderdale. I have used surveyors a couple of times and have walked away feeling like they work for the broker and not me. Thanks to this board which I have been following for a few years I have a much greater knowledge of boats and systems. I just need to get up to speed on deisels.
If this does go through, I will need a place to keep the boat in the area until late april when she comes up the coast to Boston. Simply put I need a very cheap place to keep it. It will have very limited use
( maybe once a month) until then so ease of acces to the ocean is not critical. There was another thead on marina in FLA, but they seamed expensive. In the boston area you can pay 90-150/ft for a season. A few places I looked at were 20-26$/ft per month. Is that the norm?

You can call this guy and see, Ask for Bill he has a rep as one of the best in the Tampa, St. Petersberg area. He performed a survey for me in Tampa 2001 340 DA which I passed on and on my current boat in Daytona Beach, Florida

Papogator24 Is there a Marina you would recomend to keep it until probably May?
Thanks again for your help.

Crandon or Matheson Hammock

Crandon is 1.75 per foot but is charged by the greater length of either the boat or the slip.

Matheson is 1.25 per ft, however, this is a very popular marina and and usually 100% capacity.

WOW! CONGRATS BOB!:smt038
