Checked on my baby today and she is on the hard at the dealership awaiting her turn with the lead tech.

I talked with him at length yesterday and he says she will be right when he is done.....no more trying to sink in the gulf!

He asked when I needed the 260 back and I said............today?

Great trip and post Kendall. Loved the photos. I almost did this same trip a year ago but backed out after I couldn't get my insurance company to cover me. Did you have any issues with insurance?

My Allstate guy said it was fine when I called him before the trip.

Well I got my baby back yesterday and all is well now. The rub rail gap was on both sides from the aft corners to about the mid cabin. The lead tech at Lake Wylie Marina did a great job and all the service people there were great. It appeared Sea Ray had used too short of screws in the rub rail and they were not biting into the second layer of glass. This resulted in only have a deck to hull screw every 12 inches or so not 6. Good thick layer of 5200 in there now too.

Sea ray covered the fix under warranty.
