Major Site Upgrade Coming Week of 3/14

The CSR site is going to get brought up to the latest software version. Its a major upgrade, so lots of things will change. However, everything should relatively stay the same. A lot of new features will be added that I'll introduce as I figure them out :grin:

Once the upgrade is done I'll ask you all to report errors as you see them. Until then please just excuse the dust.
