SO here's my situation...As some of you know, I was selling a JL JX250/1 Sub amp. I had it listed in the for sale ad's and I also listed it on Ebay. I sold it on Ebay. Well I got an email yesterday saying he wants his money back because I sent him something that wasn't the same as the picture. OKAY.. Now..When I listed the auction I took a generic picture off Crutchfields website because the amp was still in my boat. The picture was right off the description of the amp. (link on bottom with pictures I sent him.)I also attached Crutchfields link of the amp to the auction and gave I also gave a description of the amp. On Jan 5th he asked for actual pictures. So I took the amp out and sent him 3 picture sitting on top of the actual box it came in. He bought the amp on Jan 9th. He got the amp on Jan 15th and on Jan 26th he wants his money back saying I was false advertising the item. I used pictures from someone elses amp. Now I only charged him $70 for the amp and $10 for shipping. The Actual shipping cost me freakin $35. Because he wants a refund Ebay says I have to pay for shipping..WTF..At first I said just send it to me and I will refund the $70 and not paying shipping after I test it, But now hes calling me a liar and it's pissing me off! I have all the emails I sent him and think I'm going to call Ebay tomorrow. People like this are just the low life's of the world. What would you do?
