Looking for cheaper storage in the Tampa Area

Slips at my marina, for my size boat, are selling for $385,000.

I would not invest that kind of money in a muddy hole.

When my slip sells, I will probably be forced to relocate. There's no way I'll be covering someone's mortgage on that slip.

That's almost double what I paid for my 2000sq foot house that is just crazy!
