Wes, Please move this to the Holding Tank, if it fits better there.
The end of Greg's (Mrs. Robinson) thread about Brokers got me thinking about what has been the longest thread I've seen.
I am crazy enough to also have a 60's era muscle car in addition to the boat. My favorite site related to the car had a thread about a member (Joe) who was digging in his backyard. Joe's shovel hit something below the ground. He posted a pic and asked if anybody knew what it was. It is some sort of aluminum beam. Well, that was in 2005. It currently has 45 pages. It gets revived every once in a while. Here's the best part. The site is now selling t-shirts. The site's logo on the front. On the back there are a few pics and "Committe to find whatever is buried in Joe's backyard". The proceeds go to Joe and his family as he is serving our country overseas.
Here is a link to view the t-shirt and look at the original thread. There is a link "Joe's Backyard Treasure" at the top. Just click.
