LI Rendezvous - 2012

Hey guys. We where rafted in zachs with Greg, Ben, Alex , Ron and s few others. Nice weekend, then we spent the night in freeport went to dinner with 21 people, nice time. Took a nice cruise home yesterday. Todd hope your on the water soon buddy. Enjoy!!!

Todd, LG is beautiful glad you guys had a good time but not another short boating season?!! I hope you get her in soon.

Joe, how is the new boat? We may plan for Zachs next year, sounds like it was a good time.

Thanks guys. I went in April 1st last year but never got out until the end of June due to kids sports. Then I had to short haul and clean the props & shafts due to massive growth. I figured I would just skip that step & expense this year but I just found out the guy didn't even start the prep work last week for the arch. That is not a good sign. If I hadn't already un-installed my satellite, radar and dual mount I would probably skip the paint this year but, I already did. I told my wife I am not re-installing until everything is done! Hopefully now that the long weekend is over I can apply some pressure to the painter!!

Nice pic. That boat looks sweet!! I can't wait for the tour and obligatory appetizers and cocktails that go with it!! :wink:

Todd, next year we're not taking excuses from you, so you'll just have to show up (good paint, bad paint, we're not buying it....LOL). Hope to see you soon my friend.

Dale, next year don't extend your projects for too long. You could have team up with Ben (Formula 40SS from Havestraw). It took him only 2hrs each way.

Honestly, I hadn't noticed that Ben was so close to us - we are another 45 minutes or so upriver. But I still have projects.....

I hope to get to Glen Cove for the weekend....

Hey guys, since time is running so fast I took a quick look at our contract and wanted to share with all and remind about group registration deadline. Below is what I've added to the first page:

Important Note:
According to MYC the deadline for group registration is July 3rd. Anyone who will wish to join after the deadline will have much less chance to have slip next to the group.
