Someone launched a new Azimut 68S on Lake Travis. Hands down the most amazing boat I've seen in person.

Might as well or overkill?

Was on this boat at the Annp. Md. boat show......this thing is awsome :smt101. If you have an extra 2.3 Mill. + in the bank why not ?

Lake Travis is just outside Austin, TX. Great body of water, but, not sure that I what I would do with a 68 footer there. If you've got the money...

Lake Travis is awesome. When I was in the military we used to go to Hippie Hollow.

This cat was rencently at a lake in Mississippi. Custom built by hand by the owner; aluminum. 47' wide x 100' long. The rear patio lowers for swimming and launching toys. I've seen smaller boats pass underneath. Sorry for the quality of the pics.

Big houseboats make more economic sense on an inland lake.
You sure don't need big diesels and an offshore-capable hull, but why not, I guess...

Now, if you floated a big Nordhavn in there, THAT would look silly...

Slow Ride...EC390 was set to cross her wake last weekend & chose to idle back due to ocean swell size wake....the jet skis are going to love playing behind her. He said you can't believe how massive she is up close & at speed she's intimidating. She's sllipped at Sandy Creek Marina in one of the big houseboat slips & captain operated for now.
