Jet plane taking off on a conveyor belt.

It’s not winter yet!

Thrust that produces movement is going to happen. Put it on ice, or on a river with a 300 mph current (crazy theoretically flat as glass) and assume an average windage report at your local airport, what is holding her back?

There is only wheelbearing friction loss from the moving belt which the jet thrust easily overcomes.

Do they serve alcohol on planes again? I have not flown since covids, I heard they quit selling?
I think you have to buy their alcohol. You’re not allowed to bring your own. I think. I don’t drink on a plane. It screws with my BP too much.

That sucks. My dad always told me, " if there is a choice, dont fly, if there is not a choice, dont fly sober" I am proud to say I have taken his advice 100% on this. I have never taken off in a plane on a conveyor tho

What kind of plane. Makes a difference lol

Will my boat climb a waterfall if I drop 2 inches in pitch?

It should, mine does.

I had trouble with the 19 pitch. But with the 17 pitch it goes rite up

If you are talking about the prop in the water, no.
If you are talking about the fan, compressor or one of the turbines in the engine mounted in the cockpit above the water line, it's possible although an adjustment of inches would be way too extreme.

“C'mon Timeflys, if yer gonna ride in this canoe, you gotta help paddle.”
This might stir the debate……

So …. If we strapped a Honda generator on the wing…would it takeoff?
