Its Official !

Congrats Russ, that's a nice looking boat but a lot of real estate to keep clean. I don't envy you when it comes time to wax her.

Congrats Russ, what a beauty. Don't forget to keep in touch with us lowly 370 owners we'll miss the knowledge.

Congratulation Russ, She's a beauty... Same color cabinets as my girl... I have use mooring whips for 20 years and they work great... They did well even when the last hurricane went right over my house... The water came over the dock, but the boats were held off with the whips... Your boat was kept only a couple of miles from ore home, I recognize the neighborhood from the photos... Tell me when you plan to take here north and we will see you off...

I know it Gene, I'm going to miss the 370 and the "the club within a club" and all the support from the 370 community. It's a great boat but it's time to move on. I want to thank you for your support over the last couple years in learning about the 370 and that great site you maintain. I hope I don't get booted from the 370 thread! And I hope we can raft up again soon. Are you attending the CSR LI Rendezvous?

I haven't been following that thread too closely, so I can;t say. However, since I assume you will have your new baby, I will have to go now to inspect.

We can all be guilty of 'foot-itis' so I've been looking at the 420, however, now I"m thinking why not go bigger? I may have to start www.460sundancer.com next!

All the best.

Gene

Russ,
Very, very nice!! Congratulations on your new vessel!! I am glad this one worked out for you. I love that model boat.

Do me a favor. When we get together next week and are in front of my wife, only talk of how surprisingly affordable this boat is!!
Of course feel free to highlight all of the MANY good points of having a boat like that there are!! Like maybe, a solid door to the aft for the kids, a door for the fwd cabin for the adults, separate shower, full sized fridge etc etc!! I think you understand where I'm going here!:smt100

New 460DA plus the old 370DA:smt101 I guess I will have to now refer to you as "Admiral of the Fleet" instead of plain ole' Russ. Congrats on finally taking possession of your new boat and good luck repairing and selling the old one. I see some great parties in your future with all that expanded cockpit and cabin space!:smt038

Sneaky but great idea! You got it! Hey how about a little more space?! Like a 370?!

Thanks, the 370 is all set, she has a nice reman long block from Mercruiser just have to sell her!

Russ, now I am really jealous after seeing the pictures. If you are going to slip in Mystic, I would love to come and see the boat. It would be a nice motorcycle ride!

James, yes she will, I moved over to Fort Rachel and have a great slip right on the river. I should be there from 3/19 on, comeon down!

thanks Rod, I'm shooting for 3/16

I have off that day... Nancy and I will plan see you off... You will have to watch the weather. March can be strange...

If you like, you can take a train or bus from NYC, and I can pick you up an bring you to the boat... Also, if you need a place to stay you are always welcome to stay with us...
