When my daughter inquired about a tat I said I would pay for it on one condition, she provide me with an example of the "artwork" and we would then wait a full year. At the end of the year I would drive her to the parlour and pay for it myself BUT if she decided to change the design in anyway, she had to wait another full year. Rarely does anyone want that EXACT same tattoo a year later, Sooo....she still doesn't have one, and I think she's given up!

It took me 4 years to design a memorial to my late brother, 2 years to design my next. To date I have had my first for 20 years, my second for 5 and my latest for 11 months. I have not regretted a single inch of any of them. But that's just me. My wife on the other hand has had her one and only for about 19 years and I'm pretty sure she wanted it gone 16 maybe 17 years ago.
