If you take vitamins/supplements - why?

I take some supplements because it generally makes me feel better and improves my sportive results. Not much better, but it helps to do more pushups and stimulate my muscles more.
I take testosterone and keratin. One of them helps to do more, and the other one to helps the muscle tissue to grow faster. If you want, I can recommend the best place to buy RAD 140, which is a form of testosterone. It’s totally legal in the US, and you shouldn’t be worried about that.
But I want to remind you to consult a medical specialist before starting to take anything and maybe even do some bloodwork to understand what will fit you better.

I have been slowly trying to cut back on the supplements. I still take fish oil and osteo Bi-Flex. If I eat fish for dinner I won't take a fish oil pill the next day.

I think it’s all bullshit. You hear people saying I feel so much better….. how the hell do you k ow if you weren’t taking them you would feel better anyway …. I did recently start taking the fat soluble supplements with fattier food, for example I take them right after eating yogurt in the morning. I also only take them every other day now versus every day. Fish oil, vitamin d, vitamin e and occasionally saw palmetto.

My goal is to not eat broccoli, kale, spinach and other shitty leafy greens. They fire up my acid reflux. So I take a supplement that replaces the benefits eating that shit has for my health. No cancer. Doc told me if I wasn't going to eat that crap I needed a supplement to make up for it. If I run out, I can feel it if I miss a couple days taking it, YMMV.
 
I do think supplements have their place in our diet, especially for those who can't get the vitamins and minerals from natural sources, lile food. I also think supplements are abused.
