I Have A Boat Under Contract

Congrats. That is "my" lake. If you have any questions not related to the boat purchase I could help. Did you fly in?

It's a beautiful lake Ash. Lots of big houses that the people obviously have way more money than I do.
I flew into Columbia Regional Airport, so it was fairly close.
The salesman told me about Half Sauced BBQ, that sure was a great lunch.

Yes, that is a great spot for lunch....Did you just come in for the weekend and go home? Are you coming back? I could point you to a few spots on the water. I think we have a "secret" fresh water Sea Ray inventory that most on either coast would not believe. I have some great pics of a Sea Ray tie up at the Shootout I could share but I am unsure how to post pictures....I can email to someone if they like.....

I just went for the weekend. Dang thing called a job got in the way.
I don't think I'll be back, but you never know.
You can email me if you want, I don't know about posting pics anymore since I dumped Photobucket. Wyrman63@yahoo.com

I closed on the boat today. The surveyor David Davis did a good job as far as I'm concerned.
He was very thorough, and with that, I had the buyer fix several items. He also valued the boat for several thousand dollars more than what I paid.
I should have it in a couple of weeks as I'm having Marine Max put fresh bottom paint on her.

Haven't been on here for awhile since we sold our boat congrats looks like a nice boat, hope you have a great & trouble free time learning how to operate your new boat. That's a real step up from your 260 with lots of space.

I've spent most of the summer at car shows & cruises haven't really missed doing all the maintenance & travel time to the marina.

Thanks Bob. You're right, this is quite a step up as far as size and room. We really wanted more room and this should satisfy that.
We were pretty lucky with our 260 as far as maintenance goes, hope this one is as good.
Our marina is less than ten minutes away, so that part is nice, makes it easier to go boating.
