Hull Stripes

Has anybody got a suggestion for a touch up on the black stripe just above the waterline ? I was pressure washing the scum line and nicked a little of the black stripe off. I'm sure no one would notice, but I notice and I can't have that...

Black is black as long as there is no flake in it so it should be easy to match.
I’ve done this a few times on different boats over the years.
Cut a nice piece to cover the nick, make sure there are no loose edges lifted around the nick, clean the vinyl in the area around it with rubbing alcohol to remove any wax that may be on the existing vinyl, install the patch piece with soapy water from a spray bottle, squeegee it smooth to get any bubbles out and you should be good to go in 24 hours.

I'm black and gold...the only issue I have is getting the gold strip to match up. Working with Hullstripes to get a recomendation, or samples.

Just the opposite.
I’m dark blue and gold and there is no other gold except for on that emblem. The stripes that go forward along the cabin are double and both are dark blue.
I know my sign guy has the file and can match the color. I was hoping to do it before I went in the water, but he’s been shut down as a non essential business.
Since a I’m in the water now anyway, I guess I can wait for him to open up.

which sizes did you use on your boat? the original is 2-3/4"white, 3/4" gray, 1/2" white and hullstripes doesn't have those sizes..

I was talking about the standard sizes. All good. You guys are the best. I screwed up trying to install the large stripe the first time and called you and you turned around another order for the large stripe the same day and overnighted it to me so it could be installed.

I have a 2004 390MY . Trying to figure out which color from Hullstripes match’s with OEM. The btm stripe is black. The smaller top stripe is called LT ANT in parts manual. It is a silver or pewter color to me.
Anyone matched this from Hullstipes?

The stripes are narrowed down last couple feet. Can you order it like this?

Light Antelope has been discontinued. Champagne metallic is very close. We do not taper stripes but you can after or before there installed. Bill

After replacing hull stripes more than once on every SR I owned, I finally had them stripped and painted with Imron. No more dings. Worth doing if you don't like the hassle of dealing with vinyl dings.
