How to remove this panel?

The faded blue panel. It appears to be separate from the white panel though from behind its one piece. Is there a secret trick?

can you get behind it? Thumbscrews ? Or look underneath for angled aluminum W/ screws in them. I'm thinking the whole thing comes out at time.

Behind it seems to be nothing. There has to be a trick. It's the only really bad looking part of the boat and now it sticks out like a sore thumb. I have half a mind to paint or dye it if there was an easy to use dye as a temporary fix. Need that part of the upholstery replaced.

There used to be a vinyl spray paint product made for vinyl

the vinyl covered panels on my 390 are easily remove by using a thin flat bar and prying it loose. I don't know what they are called, but they look like this. http://contentinfo.autozone.com/znetcs/product-info/en/US/drm/963-013/image/3/

these are commonly known as Christmas tree fasteners. they are a pressure fit in each side of the plywood. as said earlier, carefully pry in between the white vinyl and the blue. Most likely they will break upon removal because they get very brittle. Measure hole size and order new. they are similar to the link elect doc posted except they are double sided.
