Talking to a good friend/ boat broker he made a comment that most people have a 3 yr turn over on boats. Mike stated that I am an odd ball (yeah big surprise:lol:) since I am going on my 7th season... so was curious how long you guys have owned your current boat?

15 months and counting. The 320 we had for 1 year and found that we needed more room. W actually came close to listing it last month to go bigger and live aboard but have held off for now.

I've had the CV-23 since 1999....sleek & fast running cuddy great for skiing & hanging out on the water. No plans on selling her. My 270SD is a totally different boating experience and more expensive fuel wise. I have no plans on selling her soon and a larger boat can not be supported where I boat 90% of the time, Mike.

This will be my 4th season in this one. I had the 270 for 9 seasons.

We bought it last August after we blew a head gasket in our Doral. We plan on keeping it for 5ish years. If we need bigger I have access to a 34 Chris Craft.

going on season 2 with the Sea Rays
my Fisher Marine Marsh Hawk bass boat ...I purchased new in 1985

Bought mine in Feb 04, the one before that I bought in Oct 86.

A little over two years with the Sea RAy but I bought my Aqua Sport new in 1998 and sold it in 2010 to move up.

Nearly 3 years with the 280DA now so I am doing better than my first boat, the 225 Weekender, that I had for only 6 months before getting the 280. I am really happy with the 280 but sometimes think about moving up to a 340. Not sure I want to give up the ability to trailer to the coast or other lakes if I choose to do so. Even though I don't currently trailer it, the option is still there. That option is pretty much out the window with a 340. The 280 does great for me though and I keep it in tip top shape.

We've had this one just 2 years this month.

My first boat I had 11 years. My 330's I had for 11 years. I guess I'm at the long end of the curve.

This is our 4th season with the 280. I had a bug to sell it two seasons ago to buy a ski boat.....glad that didn't work out. I love my 280...perfect size for our family and our lake.

This will be our 5th summer aboard ~Nehalennia ∆~ . We had Nehalennia II for 7 years and Nehalennia the original for 4 years before that. My first boat (1991 180BR) I had for 4 years.

We owned our 320 for 1 season, our next boat for 2 seasons and are in the process of closing on our new boat right now.

4 years for Old Skool. Many more before that on previous boats. I can't think of one reason I would sell it. If I buy bigger I'll keep OS for the memories.
