It didn't say how/if you ever figured out a fix. I'm having the very same problem and can't find a solution. I'd appreciate any guidance you might have.

Thanks for the kind words on my boat.
I do not know how common the 350 Sundancer was but I do not think that it is particularly rare, although I have only seen one other with I/O's.
The 350 between 1990 and (I believe) 1993 were measure the old way and did not include the bow pulpit or integrated swim platform. That is why the later 370 Dancers are identical to the earlier 350's in LOA (39'5").
I am pretty sure that when you are ready to move up to a 350 you will be able to find one. My wife was always a nervous boater but even she can relax when we are in moderately rough water, this boat rides and handles superbly.
The mid cabin has plenty of head room but we use it predominantly for storage since we have not yet had overnight company.
If you have specific questions, please ask away, although be fore warned that I have nothing bad to say about this boat.

My 300 da is an 1988 the last year they did an all teak interior.
