How far do you drive ?

We drive 90 miles & sometimes just for the afternoon & a boat ride on Saturday & mow & then come home early Sunday

I 'd rather go friday as early as possible & Mow & clean everything up

& others arrive later or early the next day

This is the 1st time this yr where just the wife & I are going (no hassles)

Other than we went to Green Day Concert last night (Great ! ) but were getting too old to have that kinda Fun :smt038:huh: (never grow up - all you do is get old) :grin:

We average about 50 miles, depending where we go, if we go to the coast around 100 miles, Lake, about 30.

I have towed my boat 300 miles each way to a lake in California, twice now. Otherwise the local boat ramp is two miles away.

I don't tow mine - have a dock & Lift - but I may move where bigger water could be a ways away & wonder how far I'd drive to get there ?

84 miles one way to the slip in Bloomington, Indiana, IU. It's a scenic drive once I leave Indianapolis. It takes 90 minutes no matter how I drive. In 2008 we were at the lake 24 times and 2007 29.
As far as cost, it is expensive once you break down the costs per day. $1,874 for the slip, $700 gas-boat, $500 gas-car, food, insurance etc. It breaks down to $149 every time we take the boat out.
But we love it and jones when we are not at the lake. Third boat in 6,7 years.
