I have the Chrome 12v dual trumpet horns on my boat, and they are both dead. I have 12v at the horn when the switch is activated, but no noise so I assume they are both bad. I have taken them apart and they are somewhat rusted on the inside, so I'd like to replace them. The trumpets are like new, so does anyone know if or where you can get the replacement horn/diaphragm unit that bolts to the back of the trumpet? Thanks in advance!

I just put a set of dual trumpets on my vessel from wolo, they are all stainless, and very very loud they was like 80 or 90 dollars on amazon.com, a great deal in my opinion.

Overton's wants something like $175 for the exact dual-trumpet replacement and I need and I think that's a 'lil steep.
Was gonna hit a truck-stop shop for 'em and maybe more LED lighting, but I think I'll try Amazon instead.:smt024

Were they a direct bolt up? When I replaced them on the 240 I had to do some adapting...

mine was pretty much a direct bolt up, except I used one of the mounting holes on the rear of the horns to run my wire down, I experimented with how sturdy they would be before hand and much to my suprise one fastner at the rear and one at the front was all it took, stronger than you might think. A little marine sealant 5200 and it dont leak. Looks good and I'm satisfied.
