I have just purchased and paid for 175 bucket seats from USA to be shipped to Australia. They have not shipped yet but will within 12-24 hours.
Can anyone tell me if these 175 seats will be the same size, height, width etc as the 195 sport bucket seats?

Through the parts manual of the 195 i always see things that are from 270SD or 185sp but these seats in my parts manual are 195 specific part names.
The seats I am buying are named 175STC.

So I am wondering if they would be exactly the same for my 195 sport.

I do not have it with me to measure right now as it is being repaired.

Might anyone reading this who has a 195 sport or a 205 sport or even a 185 sport, be able to measure the height of their seats and see if they come around 24-25 inches high? All three options from great lakes with their 175 seats are said to be between 24 and 25.5 inches in hight. I am not sure if that is the backrest or the bottom of seat to top but if someone with a larger boat got those same numbers then I would not need to worry about putting a stop on my order before they are put in a box and I have paid $500 USD for SHIPPING alone. $450 for the seats and the same for shipping. Saving me that money would go a long way with a child on the way.

Thanks

Nevermind. I went to planet youtube and found this guy who owns every boat ever made and he does reviews on them. I got a still image of him sitting in the 175 and 195 and they both looked the same.
I made a little photo showing them next to each other but this website keeps saying you have exceeded your quota by 71.9kbs everytime i try to upload it. I got the image down from 700kbs to 65kbs and i still exceeded the quota by 70.1. Could not even lose 2kbs according to this website.

FWIW................when I purchased my 175 new, it did not have the option of the drivers bolster seat. A while later, visiting the dealer, they had a 185 & 95 sitting there. The seats slipped right onto the pedestal of my 175. Could not tell the difference except for the bolster. Same size, colors, patterns. I ended up not buying, only cause the price was ridiculous. But the seats were the same.
Double and triple checking don't hurt in your case, but I'll put my check mark down as the same seat.

Well i have to say the new 175 seats SUCK!! They are like soft sponges. I imagine doing a hard turn like mine on rails will make you slip right off the seats as the edges flatten under you. They are terrible. Really really soft.

Thankfully lazydave hooked me up with a brand new pair of original white, yellow and grey bucket seats and now im trying to sell my brand new ones from GLS for half the price as i scored with these original in my colour.

Cant wait to show photos of my boat with brand new polar white monster tower, brand new buckets, brand new upholstery, grey bimini and soon to be charcoal carpet to contrast against the pearl gelcoat. (wishin i had arctic white gelcoat, but oh well.)

I am in the middle of making this boat the best boat it can be and with the poor guys been rubbing away for two weeks bringing its natural luster back this boat is going to love so good!

Just got to get everything done before the new baby comes along because the day that happens i am not allowed to spend anymore money
